Wherever possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receipt, however on rare occasions this could take longer. In the event of any problems, we will contact you using the email address provided on your order.
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller orders and courier for larger orders. Approx delivery times using economy postage are as follows:
UK delivery approx 3-5 working days
Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
North America in up to 6 weeks
South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
Australia in up to 12 weeks
If you require faster postage then this can be arranged.
Return Policy
You may cancel your order at any stage BEFORE we have sent out the goods; this can be done by email. If the order has not been sent we will cancel free of charge.
However if you wish to cancel AFTER the item has been dispatched or after receiving the goods you can do under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), which states a customer has the right to ‘cancel’ a contract anytime up to ‘7 working days starting the day after delivery’. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from our warehouse. We will not accept for exchange or refund any items that have been used or not in the exact condition when we had dispatched it.
The return of goods will be at your own expense, we will not reimburse you for the postage/packaging. If you decide to return the item(s) you should first inform us by email with an explanation of the return. When returning items please include a note of your details along with your order number, date of purchase and exact amount paid.
After you cancel or when we are in receipt of the returned products and their condition has been verified, a full refund will usually be made back to the same payment method originally used by you when you carried out the transaction.
